To best accommodate, please send us a message with the following details: date, number of guests and type of event.

OUR POLICY

  • Price controlled Parking is available on Casgrain & De GaspĂ©

    Parking is free on week-ends

  • A non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations.

    • Please note that the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file.

    • Modification or cancelations are to be made at least 48h prior.

  • In the event that any equipment is damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen while in your possession, the renter shall be liable to Qure for the full cost of repair or replacement for such equipment.

    Qure is not responsible for any loss or theft.

  • We take pride in keeping the space as clean as possible for our community. Upon arrival, the renter is solely responsible for the safe keeping of all equipment installed in, located on premises or otherwise provided to you by the Qure.

  • For groups larger than 8 people or creative/small scale productions. If you have a bigger project feel free to contact us directly.

  • In order to keep our studio in ideal condition for your rental, we ask not bring any shoes that can damage the floors: ie. shoes with black soles.

    Additional fees may incur if floors are considerably damaged.
